Weather refers to the state of the atmosphere over an area at any point in time. Temperature, atmospheric pressure, wind, humidity, and precipitation are elements of weather and climate. Monsoon is a seasonal reversal in the wind through the year—the most important factors of human survival, i.e., environment. The climatic conditions of an area decide the livelihood of people belonging to that particular area. Climate refers to the total of weather conditions and variations over a large area for an extended period (more than thirty years).
