A Resource is a source or supply from which a benefit is produced, and that has some utility. Resources can broadly be classified upon their availability — they are classified into renewable and non-renewable resources. Utility or usability is what makes an object or substance a resource. Human beings are essential Resources because their ideas, knowledge and skills lead to the creation of new Resources. There are three types of Resources—Natural Resources, Man-made Resources and Human Resources.
