NCERT Solutions for Class 7 Geography Chapter 3 Our Changing Earth

Our restless Earth is always changing. Tectonic plates drift, the crust quakes and volcanoes erupt. The movement of the lithospheric plates is responsible for the changes on the surface of the Earth. When the lithosphere is broken into several plates is called the Lithospheric plates. The plates are moving because they are floating on the molten magma inside the Earth. The movement of lithospheric plates causes changes on the surface of the Earth. The forces, which act in the interior part of the Earth, are called Endogenic forces and the forces that work on the surface of the Earth are called Exogenic forces. Earthquakes and Volcanoes cause mass destruction over the surface of the Earth.
