NCERT Solutions for Class 11 English_Snapshot Chapter 3 Ranga’s Marriage

Ranga's Marriage, by Masti Venkatesh Iyengar, is a story about a boy who returns to his village after receiving education in English medium from Bangalore. Ranga is the son of the accountant of the village. They live in the village "Hoshali" in Mysore. Ranga's marriage is a conflict between traditional thought and modern thought, and it is shown in the form of the acceptance of arranged marriage. Arranged marriage is old fashioned, and Ranga strongly believes in this. Ranga is happy with his marriage because he got married to a girl whom he fancied or admired and whom Ranga loved from the very beginning he set eyes on her.
